Elysian Rentals provides luxury vehicle rental services, including private hire and wedding services. All rentals are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

3. Booking and Payment
To book a vehicle, you must provide valid identification and payment information. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Vehicle Use
All vehicles must be driven by a licensed driver who is at least 25 years old. The renter is responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicles.

6. Liability
Elysian Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elysian Rentals operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms
